The Westchester County Department of Social Services provides a variety of services to county residents from four service centers located throughout the county. These services include Medicaid, SNAP (formerly known as Food Stamps), Temporary Assistance and Homeless services.

To apply for services, call or go to the district office serving your area as defined by town and zip code. Applications for SNAP benefits may be submitted online at My Benefits New York; this is the easiest and quickest way to apply.
