You may apply for the Regular HEAP Benefit in one of three ways:
- Online: You can apply online at myBenefits.ny.gov
- In person: You can apply in person at one of our District Offices
- In writing: You can download and print the HEAP Application. Application forms with instructions are available in English as well as a dozen other languages and in alternative formats for the hearing impaired during the period that HEAP Benefits are open, or contact a District Office to request an application. Mail or drop off the completed application to one of our District Offices.
